Graham Fortson, owner and executive chef, has had an innate talent in the kitchen since a very young age. He has a love of cooking and exquisite food, which is why he will never fail to provide you with an unforgettable catering experience. Chef Graham started his culinary career in the catering business and then moved on to working in different restaurants, but he has always dreamed of starting his own business where he could be his own creative boss. When Graham started Graham's Catering LLC., his goal was to cook food that people loved and wanted to eat again and again. His dishes are inspired by his Greek grandmother, who introduced him to the Mediterranean cuisine.
